Returns Policy
Merchandise can be returned/exchanged only if it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all the tags intact.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of the status of your return/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Returns will be applied as store credit for your next order. Exchanges will be packaged and shipped based on the availability of the replacement items. We will ship your exchange at our own expense in a single shipment.
You will be credited for the selling price of the merchandise only - no refunds for shipping. Any merchandise we receive without an RMA, or not in original condition as described above, will not be accepted for return and your account will not be credited. Also you are responsible for paying any shipping charges incurred in returning the merchandise to us.
You should expect your exchange to be processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your replacement items more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes to package and ship your exchange items.
Shipping
We ship almost anywhere within the contiguous 48 US states. However we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses either.
Due to our contracts with our vendors, we cannot ship outside the US.
We currently charge a flat rate of $8.95 to ship by ground to any of the 48 contiguous states. Order over $100 of merchandise before tax and get free shipping!
